What You'll Do.

Manage and oversee all Section 8 accounts and housing authority activity across the portfolio

Ensure timely completion of recertifications

and compliance requirements

Monitor subsidy payment activity and proactively resolve issues impacting funding timelines

Ensure timely submission of required documentation and management updates to housing authorities

Drive reduction of 0–30 and 31+ day delinquency balances

Lead daily collections tracking

and follow-up efforts

Identify payment delays

or operational breakdowns impacting collections

Partner cross-functionally to improve subsidy payment timing and resident account performance

Serve as a primary point of contact for housing authorities across multiple markets

Build and maintain working relationships with housing authority representatives

Communicate proactively with residents regarding program expectations

and payment responsibilities

Manage and resolve abatements

including identifying root causes and driving corrective action
