Oversee front office operations

Coordinate logistical processes
Provide customer service
Address and resolve issues
Follow-up communication
Support students with housing processes
Coordinate departmental projects
Assist in initiative execution
Monitor project timelines
Assist with data management
Assist with operational analysis
Collaborate with campus partners
Supervise Graduate Assistant
Oversee hiring student staff
Develop training for student staff
Provide mentorship to student staff
Provide performance evaluation
Provide logistical support for events
Provide administrative support for events
Participate in workgroups
Participate in committees
Serve as Remote Essential staff
