About the Role The Houseman supports the overall cleanliness, organization, and day‑to‑day functioning of the property. This role works closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Desk teams to ensure guest areas, back‑of‑house spaces, and public zones are consistently clean, stocked, and welcoming. A great Houseman is proactive, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in creating a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and outdoor entryways Support Room Attendants by delivering linens, removing trash, and restocking supplies Assist with deep‑cleaning tasks such as carpet care, floor polishing, and high‑dusting Respond promptly to guest and team requests for additional items or support Ensure all storage closets and housekeeping areas remain organized and fully stocked Transport soiled linens to designated areas and distribute clean linens as needed Perform light maintenance tasks when appropriate (changing light bulbs, reporting issues, etc.) Support event or operational setups by moving furniture, equipment, or supplies Follow all safety, sanitation, and property standards Uphold brand presentation and guest‑first service at all times Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience pref
