Must Have

2-3+ years of housekeeping or lodging operations experience, organizational, time-management, and administrative skills, Familiarity with hotel cleanliness standards, room inspections, and service sequencing, Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment, Clear written and verbal communication skills, Comfortable using housekeeping or property management systems to update room status, Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, Ability to learn scheduling, inventory, and reporting platforms, Minimum Age Requirement: 21+

Nice to Have

prior supervisory experience a plus, Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) (e. g. , Stay N Touch, Cloudbeds, Roommaster, Maestro, Mews, or similar systems), specifically housekeeping functions preferred

What You'll Do.

Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations

Conduct routine room inspections

Coordinate daily room status

Assist with resolving guest concerns

Support seasonal deep-cleaning initiatives

Support recruitment activities

Prepare and manage daily and weekly schedules

Assign daily work areas

Monitor productivity and labor utilization

Provide ongoing coaching and feedback

Maintain accurate housekeeping documentation

Track housekeeping supplies

Support payroll accuracy

Assist with maintaining SOPs

Utilize property management systems

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Guest Experience Manager and Attendants, Night Audit, and Facilities Maintenance Manager and Attendant; Interface with supply vendors, laundry services, and operational support partners
