What You'll Do.
Supervise housekeeping providing open communication
Provide performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiency
recommend performance evaluations

Recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate
Supervise and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms
Ensure compliance with accident/loss prevention programs
Ensure compliance with health/sanitation standards and regulations
Achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest
Issue assignments to staff reviewing special requests
Issue assignments to staff reviewing areas of concentration
Ensure a smooth flow of the housekeeping operation
Issue supplies/goods to staff at beginning of shift
Control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available
Respond to guest requests
Ensure guest satisfaction
Log items into the Lost and Found
Answer inquiries to maintain controls
Implement emergency training and procedures
Ensure appropriate protection of the hotel
Comply with attendance rules
Be available to work on a regular basis
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
