Must Have

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager, leadership and team management skills, Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

Nice to Have

Resort experience is highly preferred, Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage

What You'll Do.

Lead and manage all housekeeping operations

Ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards

Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas

and develop the housekeeping team

and departmental budgets

Coordinate with Engineering and Front Office

Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns
