Contribute to policies and procedures
Apply Equinox’s policies
Hire maintenance staff
Train maintenance staff
Supervise maintenance staff
Coach maintenance staff
Evaluate maintenance staff
Develop employees with potential
Conduct performance evaluations
Require Manager on Duty attendance
Attend monthly facility reviews
Complete cleanliness inspections
Perform daily one-on-one meetings
Ensure adequate inventory
Conduct frequent walkthroughs
Implement inclement weather procedures
Be aware of emergency procedures
Attend Manager meetings
Maintain high visibility
Ensure high level of customer service
Keep current in knowledge of key competitors
Assist in budget development
Perform other projects and responsibilities
