You will manage all the activities related to housekeeping, pest control, facade cleaning, and horticulture. You need to actively understand and help resolve all client concerns related to Soft Services using your domain expertise. Your day to day activities will involve: * Managing cleaning services, focussing on common areas; using knowledge of the methods and practices in janitorial operations including details on cleaning chemicals, usage of consumables, maintenance & repair of equipment, waste management and hygiene & sanitation standards. * Taking daily rounds of the premises to identify various cleaning needs in the building and ensuring the same is rectified with support from other team members. * Creating work plans/schedules, inspecting, and assigning cleaning / maintenance work to subordinate teams. * Briefing and De-briefing all staff regarding their duties, designated areas of work and special instructions if any during the start and end of shift. * Establishing and implementing operational standards and procedures for the departments supervised. * Maintaining required records of budget and other information. * Maintain inventory stock to ensure that supplies and equipment are available in adequate amount. * Order new equipment, supplies, or furnishings as and when required.
