What You'll Do.
Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls
Coordinate details of each reservation
Complete internal reservation forms
Run daily reports for department
Answer General Reservations e-mail
Retrieve and distribute mail
Process brochure requests
Handle guest complaints
Internal Reservations
Call to confirm and/or guarantee reservations
Clear waitlisted reservations
Run appropriate reports checking for special requests
Hard blocking any rooms not hard blocked
Inform Manager of any Special Attention
Assist CIS Leader in obtaining arrival times
Monitor Front Desk reservations made night prior
Address any reoccurring issues
Contact guests or travel planners to clarify discrepancies
Process Employee Comp requests
Handle Friends & Family requests
Comply with Four Seasons standards
Respond according to the crisis management plan
Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules
Perform all reasonable duties requested by management
Assist with all guest inquiries
Assist with high telephone volume
Assist with walk-in site inspections
Assist with the development of direct sales presentation material
Assist Group Rooms Coordinator in processing rooming lists
Assist Group Rooms Coordinator in processing introduction letters
