Must Have

2-3 year of experience as a in a similar role in an international hotel or resort, English communication ability good written and spoken English skills, Computer proficiency with MS, Excel and Word, ability to use the property management systems such as Opera systems, HotSos systems, Able to work in shift, Speak read and write Thai, Fluent in English, Right to work in Thailand

Coordinate Housekeeping operations

Communicate with Front Office

Dispatch guest requests

Control rooms inventory

Assist colleagues and guests

Record follow-up actions

Perform inventory accurately

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Communicates closely and regularly with Front Office Rooms Controllers; Redirects guests’ requests to the appropriate with guest and team

Communication Scope

English communication ability good written and spoken English skills; Speak read and write Thai; Fluent in English
