**Overview:** This opening is for our Housekeeper II position. You must be able to work our required schedule of Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30a with rotating weekends and holidays to be considered. **Job Description Summary:** Provides high levels of cleanliness, quality, and service to patients, families and customers. **Job Description:** **Essential Functions:** * Performs routine cleaning and coordinates with management to address and resolve facility maintenance, service issues and other concerns. * Demonstrates knowledge of 10 Step Cleaning Process and appropriate chemical use to meet department standards. * Practices proper methods of Infection Control in conjunction with cleaning procedures. Demonstrates proper use and knowledge of PPE and door precautions. * Maintains closet, housekeeping cart and cleaning equipment in clean, orderly and good working condition. * Maintains department’s standards of practice as evidenced by quality control inspections and customer feedback. **Education Requirement:** High School graduate or equivalent, required. **Certifications:** Successful completion of TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) requirements during orientation process or within 30 days of hire.
