We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper who takes pride in cleanliness and teamwork. As a Housekeeper, you will: * Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms. * Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required. * Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines. * Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks. * Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency. * Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction. * Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team. * Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the ove
