assist with managing reservations

modify/cancel bookings
connect with guests over chat to answer inquires
manage guest preferences and special requests
coordinate with hotel front desk staff and maintain guest records in the reservation system
assist with TLA (Temporary Lodging Allowance) bookings and rate overrides
overcome potential guest objections while maintaining a polite and enthusiastic demeanor
check availability of accommodations and dates
including finding alternative dates or options if first choice is not available
assist with call back requests to return customers calls
maintain high standards and providing the best service
follow the company's rules in all situations
