Job Description **Purpose of Job:** The Hot Shot Driver delivers batteries to dealers when requested. They also assist with warehouse operations and assist Route Managers. **Job Components:** * Run the Hot Shots and assigned routes on a timely basis as needed * Load and unload batteries * General warehousing duties as assigned by management, including assisting customers * Deliver batteries to customers on a timely basis and in a safe and professional manner * Follow all Environmental Health and Safety rules and policies * Ensure batteries are charged, cleaned and dated, and that stock is rewrapped after rotation * Accurately complete reports and claims * Interact professionally with all stakeholders including team members, managers and customers * Follow / fulfill all driver program requirements, as specified by the manager * Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** * Ability to read, write, and do basic math * Working knowledge of computers or ability to learn applicable systems required * Working knowledge of electronic inventory management tools is required (tablets, scanners). * Must have a clean drivers record AND meet driver qualifications requirements * Ability to operate a motor vehicle and/or forklift **Scope Data:** * Works under general supervision and guidance * Accountable for general warehouse duties and backup driving responsibilities, in addition to occasional front counter customer service. * Operate with integrity and demonstrate a positive attitude **Work Environme
