What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid Smart Serve Certification Required, Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, Legally eligible to work in Canada
Nice to Have
Previous experience as a host or in a guest-facing hospitality role is an asset, Comfortable using reservation and table management systems (OpenTable)
What You'll Do.
Greet and seat guests
Manage reservation and walk-in traffic
Monitor table rotation
Coordinate with teams
Maintain cleanliness and presentation
Answer guest inquiries
Assist with special requests
Support guest experience
Assist with bussing tables
Run food and beverages
