What You'll Do.
Respond to guest needs
Clear and wipe down tables
Pick up dishes and glass wear
Transfer full tubs to dish room
Assist restaurant and kitchen staff
Maintain clean and safe work area
Handle food/beverage compliance
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness
Follow incident procedures
Know hotel emergency procedures
prioritize work duties
Adhere to grooming standards
Adhere to attendance policy
Process financial transactions
Proper use of equipment
Adhere to cost controls
