As a Host (m/d/f), you are responsible for ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-organized pool environment. The role involves supervising daily pool operations, assisting members and guests, managing reservations and sunbed allocations, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and supporting the smooth flow of the pool area throughout the day. You are expected to promote a positive guest experience while ensuring compliance with all pool rules, safety regulations, and company standards. Responsibilities... Manage guest reservations, timeslots, and pre-booked sunbeds Welcome and assist members and guests with enquiries and requests Maintain poolside setup and presentation standards throughout the day Replenish towels, amenities, and operational supplies as required Clear tables and collect glasses from the pool area Perform basic cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of rubbish Report maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues to the appropriate department Benefits... 2 paid 'Volunteer Days' per calendar year (to support charitable causes).
