What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems, San Diego County Food Handlers card (not required upon hire), Responsible Beverage Service certification

What You'll Do.
Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers.
Manage the host stand
make/review reservations
and make recommendations as to the setup of the table sections.
Ensure cleanliness of each section of the restaurant and make the necessary improvements as well as checking each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set.
Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus
menu ingredients and restaurant information.
prepare cold and hot beverages
and serve them in a timely fashion.
Maintain accurate cash handling
process transactions through the POS and count back change to customers.
Conduct all opening procedures including setting up the complimentary coffee and food displays.
Provide information and assistance to Residence Club guests as requested
giving them an orientation of the facilities.
Be familiar with all Residence Club services and hours of operation.
Ensure safety procedures are followed when using the food and beverage equipment and notify Security of any accident or injury.
