Respond to all interactions in an efficient
courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
Quickly assess guests' needs and flex style appropriately.
Use the guests' names whenever possible
in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Build and maintain rapport with regular guests (both residents and non-residents) as well as cultivating relationships with new patron
