Ability to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly when needed, Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time, Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces, Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be 16 years of age or older, Ability to communicate and follow oral or written directions in English is required
Nice to Have
High School graduate preferred, TIPS Certification preferred, Proficient knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office or POS systems is preferred
What You'll Do.
welcoming guests on arrival to the restaurant
presenting clean menus
communicating with guests regarding wait times
managing the seating chart
assisting restaurant employees with clearing and resetting tables
ensuring bar area tables are clean and condiments are stocked
assisting with restaurant side work
answering phone calls to communicate wait times
collect payment and answer basic resort questions
participating in daily cleaning operations for the restaurant
assisting as a restaurant server
food runner or busser if needed
snow removal as required
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Assist restaurant employees with clearing and resetting tables as needed; Ability to work well with a team, including servers, bartenders, and managers
Communication Scope
Ability to communicate and follow oral or written directions in English is required; Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
