They manage reservations, waitlists, and coordinate seating flow to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive guest experience. Additionally they support the dining room team by clearing and resetting tables, refilling water, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. They help ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests. Typical shift is 11:00am-4:00pm and must have open availability during weekends and holidays. **Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities** : * Assist by retrieving and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins. * Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards. * Remove used plates, glasses, utensils from table after customers are done eating. * Clean up water spills, food stains and debris from tables. * Take out trash and recycling. * Refilling paper napkins, condiments, salt, and pepper shakers. * Cleaning and bussing both The Nest & Red Hawk Café dining area throughout the shift. * Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in giving directions and answering questions. **
