What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be 16 years of age or older, Ability to communicate in English
Nice to Have
High School graduate preferred, TIPS Certification preferred, Proficient knowledge of computer programs, Basic knowledge of food preparation, Basic knowledge of food allergies
What You'll Do.
Greet guests in a timely manner
Communicate wait times to guests
Manage seating chart fairly
Assist with clearing tables
Assist with resetting tables
Ensure bar area tables are clean
Stock bar area condiments
Clean bar area condiments
Refill bar area condiments
Assist with restaurant side work
Communicate wait times via phone
Take reservations via phone
Collect payment via phone
Answer basic resort questions
Participate in daily cleaning
Check bathrooms are clean
Mop restaurant floors
Sweep restaurant floors
Vacuum restaurant floors
Assist as food runner
Remove snow as required
