## Description Host Acquisition Specialist (Outbound Inside Sales Rep) Contract (1099) to possible Full Time opportunity About Peerspace Peerspace is the leading and category-defining online marketplace for venue rentals for meetings, productions, and events. The Team The operations team is the driving force behind elevating the performance of the marketplace. Each member of our team directly impacts our marketplace reach in new and existing markets. We build the strategy and tactics that drive our supply acquisition efforts, and build relationships with future Peerspace hosts and guests. About the Role We are hiring an experienced outbound sales professional to convert prospective hosts into active signups on Peerspace. Hosts range from individuals renting out a single space to large enterprises that manage multiple properties nationally, so you will adapt your approach across a wide range of prospect types and deal sizes. This is a pure outbound sales role. We provide the lead lists. You are responsible for working those leads across email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and Zoom until they sign up. The expectation is sustained, multi-touch follow-up: handling objections, persisting through non-responses, and converting prospects into hosts. Your responsibility does not end at signup.
