What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2-5 years of relevant experience in POS implementation, hospitality IT projects and user training, Hands-on experience implementing F&B POS systems or hotel technology solutions, working knowledge/ skills of Windows environments in enterprise-level projects, Ability to quickly learn the Company's various IT solutions and products, and to handle system installation

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or a related technical field

What You'll Do.

Handle and complete POS implementation projects

Understand and analyse customers' needs

on-site system testing

Provide end-user training

Prepare basic implementation documentation materials

Advise and provide answers or best practices

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Liaise with internal Product, Support and Development teams; build effective relationships with customers and internal teams
