Greet patients and guests
Provide hospital way-finding
Assist with patient information needs
Maintain clean lobbies and entrances
Maintain professionalism and diplomacy
Assist patients in and out of vehicles
Maintain traffic controls at entrances
Perform service recovery
Perform conflict resolution
Locate and clean wheelchairs and scooters
Tag wheelchairs and scooters for repair
Maintain chair and scooter volumes
Provide liaison between clinical staff and patient companions
Problem solve for surgical areas
Assist with communication in surgical areas
Enter page numbers for family updates
Greet customers at Emergency Dept entrance
Provide information at Emergency Dept entrance
Assist patients at Emergency Dept entrance
Seek service opportunities in Emergency Dept
Resolve issues in Emergency Dept
Provide comfort items as needed
Assist with transportation vouchers
Organize event planning activities
Provide direction to volunteer staff
Provide orientation to new volunteers
Assure reception spaces are clean
Assure patient room spaces are clean
Search for lost item owners
Donate or dispose of lost items
Participate in safety initiatives
