What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years in an events or hospitality role with end-to-end ownership of event planning and execution, A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), Proven ability to manage timelines, vendors, and budgets across multiple events simultaneously, cross-functional collaboration skills and the confidence to work with Sales teams and senior leaders, Excellent written and verbal communication, Experience building scalable processes — playbooks, templates, and checklists, Ability to track and synthesize event outcomes and NPS data into clear insights, Proficiency with modern tools (Google Workspace, Slack), Willingness and enthusiasm to travel, Ability to jump in and do what it takes on-site, including occasional lifting up to ~30 lbs, An entrepreneurial spirit
