one year of experience as a Telephone Communications Operator, or equivalent, Excellent customer service skills, Ability to work in a team setting, Computer skills, including competent keyboard abilities
What You'll Do.
Answer all incoming calls into the main telephone numbers for the medical centers
Transfer external and internal calls
Provide visitor information and general customer service reception
Receive and dispatch all emergency communication calls to include trauma codes
and other medical emergencies
Paging services for patients
and medical providers
Monitor and respond to alarms
