Key Responsibilities Optimal Care Hospice Registered Nurses are trained professional nurses who administer skilled nursing care, and case management and provide support to terminally ill patients and their families in a home or facility setting. Hospice Registered Nurses access, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
