Graduate from accredited School of Nursing, Licensed in NJ as RN, One year of RN experience
Nice to Have
Hospice experience preferred, Bilingual in Spanish preferred
What You'll Do.
Collaborate with physicians and professionals to plan care
Make visits to patient as needed
Evaluate patient condition
Provide support and comfort
Work with caregivers to plan patient care
Execute excellent patient care
Administer medication
Alleviate sudden symptoms of disease's end phase
Notify doctor for patient's condition
Assist patients and families with paperwork
Maintain accurate records
Help relatives cope with loss
Provide post-mortem support
