## Qualifications HCHB EMR experience preferred Outpatient Scheduling Experience required Certified in state(s) practicing as a Nurse’s Aide, or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), or Certified Geriatric Nurse’s Aide (CGNA). Can be a non-aide if the administrative team agrees on the candidate’s qualifications. Board Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing Assistant (CHPNA).(Preferred) At least two years’ experience in Hospice care or Homecare with strong communication and organizational skills. Must have reliable automobile, valid driver’s license, and the minimum state required liability auto Insurance. A compassionate attitude toward the care of the sick; the ability to read, write and carry out directions, maturity and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job Minimum of one year data entry, word processing and/or medical records maintenance experience in a medical or healthcare customer service environment. Required Certification/Licensure: Preferred graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing Knowledge of Home Care Home Base EMR system ## Skills Attention to detail, along with excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills with both internal and external customers. Ability to multi-task, worker under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
