We’re hiring a Hospice Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/CNA) – a compassionate and dependable caregiver who provides hands-on support to patients in their homes. This role is essential to delivering dignified, meaningful care and ensuring comfort during end-of-life journeys. What You’ll Be Doing Provide daily support to patients through feeding, bathing, cleaning, and other activities of daily living Deliver compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families Regularly commute to various patient locations to provide continuous care Assist with basic medical tasks under the supervision of licensed professionals Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team Qualifications Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certifications required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Must comply with all state and federal driving regulations Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screening Why Choose Silverado?
