Must Have
Active STNA or CNA certification, Meet state training requirements, Completed 75 hours training, 16 hours classroom before 16 hours practical, At least 18 years of age, Read and follow written instructions, Document care given, Understand hospice philosophy, Comfortable providing specialized care, Satisfactory references, Self-directing, Work with little direct supervision, Secure with issues of death/dying, Provide calm manner, Empathy for needs of ill, Maintain current CPR certification, Demonstrate tact, Demonstrate patience, Demonstrate good personal hygiene, Licensed driver, Insured automobile, Complete probationary period
