Hospice helps patients and their families prepare physically, emotionally and spiritually for the end of life. Our focus is on providing comfort, not a cure, and quality of life, not duration. As a Home Health Aide on our Hospice team, you will care for patients where they need you most, whether at home, a nursing facility, assisted living center or other location. In this role, you can help enhance their outlook on their experience, even when their futures seem uncertain. Every day, you can make a lasting difference in both the lives of your patients and their loved ones. This role will support the Garfield Heights/Bedford Greater Cleveland area. **This is a part-time role. A caregiver in this position will work 3 days per week from 8:00am to 5:00pm with weekend rotations occurring one ever month. Holiday rotations are 1 summer and 1 winter h
