What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) Certification, One year of clinical experience, Valid Driver's License, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Nice to Have
Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse Assistant (CHPNA) Certification, Home Care experience
What You'll Do.
Perform basic patient care activities
Assist with procedures ordered by physician
Assist patients with tending to personal care
Assist with activities of daily living
Assist with transfers and transport
Report abnormal assessment findings
Document changes in patient condition
Assist with keeping patient's environment clean
Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation
Escalate change in patient condition

This role will support the Garfield Heights/Bedford Greater Cleveland area. **This is a part-time role.
