Full Job Description
The Honors Program Coordinator supports the operations, administration, and student engagement initiatives of the Honors Program. Under the leadership of the Director of the Honors Program, the Coordinator assists with program implementation, student advising and leadership development, events, communications, records management, and assessment activities that contribute to student success and program effectiveness. The Coordinator will normally work a set schedule but must have availability to work occasional evenings and weekends, with advance notice, as required by program activities and events. **Position Status:** Exempt **Salary Range:** $48,000 - $52,000. This is the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary offered will depend on a candidate's experience and education, and departmental budget. ### Responsibilities * Supports the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of Honors Program initiatives, events, and activities, both on and off campus, including the annual Partners in Peace initiative, intercultural lectures, research conferences, service-learning programs, and other student engagement functions. * Assists with planning and execution of Honors Program events and logistics (contracts, catering, AV, materials, etc.), including retreats, conferences, orientation activities, graduate recognition events, and student travel experiences. * Helps prepare students for conference expectations through pre‑departure preparation sessions and related guidance. * Develops and maintains Honors Program communications and promotional materials, including webpages, newsletters, social media, digital communications, and event materials. * Maintains Honors Program records and student data, including application processing, student designation tracking, distinction path progress, program alumni information, and related records in systems such as Slate, Ellucian Colleague, Blackboard, Qualtrics, and other university applications. * Processes Honors
