Full Job Description

As a Homeowner Advisor at Splitero, you will educate homeowners who are interested in our innovative Home Equity Investment product. You will spend your day-to-day making outbound calls to homeowners, building trust, and guiding them through the process, from inquiry to funding. With our uncapped commissions plan, every homeowner you help build financial stability grows your own earning potential. About the Job Educate homeowners about Splitero's Home Equity Investment by explaining our terms and how it differs from traditional financing options. Respond to homeowner questions, listen to their needs and concerns, and provide accurate information. Manage a pipeline of multiple homeowners through the entire transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Work collaboratively with Processors and other team members, contributing to a team-oriented environment and supporting the overall goals of Splitero. Utilize a comprehensive tech stack to track homeowner statuses and interactions, collaborate with team members, and manage homeowner data. Ensure all interactions and transactions align with Splitero’s policies and procedures and mortgage industry best practices. This role offers on-target earnings of $122,000 per year, including a $50,000 base, paid hourly, and uncapped monthly commissions. Homeowner Advisors are eligible for up to 10 hours of overtime per week.
