Must Have
1 year retail experience, 6 months of leadership experience
What You'll Do.
executing receiving and merchandising standards
ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively
engaging and interacting with all customers
maintaining a clean and organized store
orchestrating truck delivery
prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
training and mentoring Associates on merchandising and processing principles
ensuring merchandise is properly tagged
communicating with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
ensuring Associates complete tasks and activities according to store prioritizes
monitoring productivity of team and coaching as necessary
organizing and rotating back stock for easy replenishment
maintaining and upholding merchandising philosophy and signage standards
maintaining all organizational
cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area
ensuring compliance with recycling and
hazardous waste programs
communicating accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing provides progress updates
providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback
partnering with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
ensuring adherence to all labor laws
promoting credit and loyalty programs
supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs
promoting safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
