Develop working knowledge of HME products
Maintain working knowledge of HME services

Manage delivery routes
Coordinate pick-ups of used equipment
Assemble medical devices on-site
Provide demonstrations to patients
Provide demonstrations to families
Complete documentation for equipment setups
Complete documentation for deliveries

Register new customers
Process work-in-progress updates
Understand reimbursement guidelines
Secure necessary signatures
Document information for reimbursement
Perform equipment quality checks
Reinforce safe equipment use
