Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations, staffing and budget of 1-3 ICF/IDD facility/facilities assigned. Seek to understand the individuals in the context of their personal history, their social and family networks, and their hopes and dreams for the future. Ensures that people supported have a clean and maintained home and yard. Typically reports to the Administrator of a location or a Qualified Professional. Education, Licensure, and Experience required for the position include: Requires a High School Diploma and one year of experience working with the population served and competency in supervisory skills. College training and/or management experience preferred. In this highly rewarding entry level management role, you will ensure that our clients are able to work towards their individual goals in a healthy, safe and nurturing home environment while participating as a member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. **Job Responsibilities** * Working closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardizing procedures, and expediting the implementation of person-centered plans * Spending adequate amounts of time in the residential facility monitoring and providing feedback to staff on all three shifts in interactions and relationships with people supported, maintaining harmony between employees clients while serving as a positive role model * Resolving employee issues and conducting performance reviews * Ensuring that employees meet training requirements and attend required events *
