College training, Management experience, College courses in Human Services, College courses in Social Work, College courses in Management, CPR certification, First aid certification, NCI certification, MedTech certification
What You'll Do.
Supervise and coordinate activities of Direct Support employees
Manage operations of assigned facilities
Manage staffing of assigned facilities
Manage budget of assigned facilities
Ensure people supported have a clean and maintained
Work closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff
Maintain communication with healthcare staff
Provide feedback to healthcare staff
Standardize procedures
Expedite implementation of person-centered plans
Spend adequate amounts of time in the residential
Monitor staff on all three shifts
Provide feedback to staff on all three shifts
Maintain harmony between employees clients
Serve as a positive role model
Resolve employee issues
Conduct performance reviews
Ensure employees meet training requirements
Ensure employees attend required events
Monitor select budget items
Stay within budget guidelines
Provide after-hours coverage
Provide on-call coverage
