You’ll be based at our flagship 240 Queen Street branch in the heart of Brisbane CBD, working within a high-performing team environment with strong internal networks and consistent opportunity flow. **Do work that matters** As a Home Lending Executive, you will proactively build and grow your portfolio, managing your customers to ensure their needs are fully understood and the right solutions are delivered. In this high-profile CBD location, you’ll be expected to take ownership of your pipeline, build strong relationships across the branch and drive new lending opportunities through both internal connections and your own business development activity. **More specifically, you will:** * Use your knowledge of products, processes, policies and lending risk appetite to clearly explain options, articulate value and confidently address customer questions or concerns * Build a reputation as a trusted advisor by guiding customers and business partners through the lending journey, creating advocates and fostering long-term relationships * Lead by example, embody our values and contribute to a high-performing team of passionate lenders * Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements, sharing insights and understanding their impact on customers, the market and the Group * Build and maintain strong internal and external referral networks, confidently ask for business and support others to do the same through deeper customer and partner engagement * Apply the Group’s risk
