Ability to travel throughout Long Island, Availability for evenings and weekends

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Active RN license in New York, Minimum 2 years of RN experience, At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare, Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques, Valid driver’s license, Availability for a 40-hour workweek

Nice to Have

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs

What You'll Do.

Provide administration of specialty medications

Administer IV infusion in patients’ homes

Partner with pharmacists and care teams

Maintain accurate patient records

Serve as primary point of contact

Provide patient updates

Coordinate patient care

Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making
