What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Hearing-Language Association OR be in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with supervision by a CCC-SLP in accordance with standards defined by the ASHA, Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Washington or holding an interim permit, Current BLS Certification required, Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for getting to patient’s homes

What You'll Do.
Provide in‑home assessment
and education to help patients regain communication
and cognitive-linguistic function so they can thrive safely at home
and reporting of clinical observations
Perform patient assessments with physician and develop treatment plans
Perform and interpret results of Videofluoroscpic swallow studies and fiberoptic endoscopic of swallowing
Confer with physician and other health care professionals

Plan your day independently while enjoying responsive support from nursing, therapy, and leadership teams; Confer with physician and other health care professionals
