Key Responsibilities The Physical Therapy Assistant administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician or advanced practice practitioner’s orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Home Health leadership team. In this role you will be responsible for: Provides direct physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised according to directions of physical therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.
