What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in home delivery operations or a similar logistics/transport role, Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operations with multiple variables, Exceptional organisational and time management skills, Proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, Google Sheets), analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, Excellent relationship management and communication abilities, Proven experience in team management, independent right to work in the UK
What You'll Do.
Oversee daily delivery operations
Monitor live delivery systems
Review EPOD images and performance data
Escalate unresolved or critical issues
and implement solutions
Use data tools to analyse trends
Prepare and present regular performance reports
Maintain cost awareness
