What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Cert III qualified, at least 6 months experience in a similar role, A valid Australian Driver's Licence, your own insured, roadworthy vehicle, Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability, Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, experience in with personal care, manual handling, hoist training, medications
What You'll Do.
General housekeeping and making beds
mopping and vacuuming floors
folding and ironing laundry
Meal preparation and grocery shopping
Getting clients out of bed
showered and dressed for the day
Assisting clients to take their medications
Assisting with mobility and therapy goals
Providing complex care for customers with high care needs
Providing social and emotional support
Providing the client with transport to lifestyle activities or appointments
Helping the family carer to have a break or an opportunity to do other things
