What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum one (1) year of experience overseeing a team of Home Care Assistants providing care to a frail or elderly population, Two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated aptitude to mentor and develop team members, Reliable means of transportation, Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification

Nice to Have

CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred, bachelor’s degree preferred

Oversee Home Care Assistant team

train Home Care Assistants

Provide feedback to agencies/contracted vendors

Maintain records of compliance

Audit accuracy and timeliness of documentation

Ensure Home Care Assistants receive sufficient training

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

In collaboration with the Home Health Manager and Rehabilitation department
