Must Have
Valid Driver’s License, TWIC card or ability to obtain, Basic Plus certification or willingness to pass, Ability to read, write and comprehend documents, Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Understand dangers of hazardous chemicals, Ability to adhere to Company policies
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of PPE, Confined space entry training, Prior experience in mechanical shop, Prior experience in environmental shop, Prior experience in industrial shop, General operational knowledge of industrial storage equipment, Experience with welding equipment, Current respirator fit-tested, Experience operating pressure washing units, Ability to pass company forklift training
What You'll Do.
Inspect industrial equipment daily
Test industrial equipment daily
Perform minor servicing of industrial equipment
Maintain equipment per standards
Complete documentation accurately
Perform atmospheric testing of equipment interiors
Enter confined spaces
Perform minor equipment repairs
Deal with external customers
Contribute to team goals
Meet customer demands
Troubleshoot equipment problems
Eliminate equipment problems
Provide input on working practices
Inform colleagues of unsafe practices
