Maintain program gold standard
Provide top level instruction
Supervise kids ages 4-14
Ensure safety of each individual
Keep branding materials current
Meet registration goals
Meet conversion goals
Engage local community
Maintain professional appearance
Structure on-ice lesson plan
Execute on-ice lesson plan
Assist in organization
Assist in preparation
Create fun atmosphere
Ensure supplies are on-site
Provide recommendations
