What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma/GED, Minimum of three years’ experience in developing/running hockey programs, Excellent skating, hockey skills and instructional ability, Certified in basic first aid skills (infant and adult) and injury reporting procedures, Registered and insured through USA Hockey, knowledge of hockey equipment, High School Diploma or Equivalent, USA Hockey Certification, Safesport & other CAHA state requirements, 3-5 Year's

College degree preferred
What You'll Do.
and promote all youth and adult hockey programs
Manage program registration process and administration
Create a dynamic environment for grassroots programs
Assist with Rinks events
Oversee and manage assigned hockey coordinators
Respond in a timely manner for all inquiries
Develop and deliver training programs for coach development
Maintain ongoing manpower plan for coach and instructor staffing
Manage coach and instructor recruitment
training and scheduling
Monitor and approve payroll bi-weekly for coaches and staff
Conduct coach’s clinics and meetings
Assist with Rinks training and on-boarding program initiatives
Assist marketing team with program development
Responsible for integrating new programming and grassroots initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work directing with assigned HR liaison and director for personnel needs; Attend Power Play and other staff meetings or training; Communicate and document any incidents with your director, manager & HR
