Support recruiting of reward operations team
Maintain contact with HR Manager
Support team on management dimensions
Responsible for team's operational performance
Propose process harmonization
Implement process standardization
Promote end to end approach

Act as first point of contact
Share improvement ideas
Conduct training of team members
