Support recruiting of reward operations team

Maintain contact with HR Manager

Support team on management dimensions

Responsible for team's operational performance

Propose process harmonization

Implement process standardization

Promote end to end approach

Display process performance

Propose mitigation actions

Implement continuous improvement opportunities

Act as first point of contact

Share improvement ideas

Conduct training of team members

Maximize team potential

Improve product knowledge

Improve communication skills

Conduct quarterly performance reviews

Perform activities in SAP

Record employee data into SAP

Record employee data into Workday

Assist employees with doubts
